Willow West Apartment Complex Streetscape

SWE Solutions completed a new streetscape design for a private subdivision, transforming the road profile from an invert to a crown. This design was requested by the Willow West Apartments as part of their road resurfacing plan. To ensure the best results, SWE conducted a thorough survey of the existing conditions, utilizing RTK drone survey and Rover GPS. The team created detailed plans for the contractor, including proposed sheets and new drainage slopes for flowline, as well as adding 6 catch basins to curb and gutter. With a full plan-set and schedule of quantities, SWE provided a detailed cost estimate for the client. The result was a successful and efficient project that meets the needs and requirements of the client.

The project's scope of work includes the following items:

Topographic Survey.

Data capture via RTK drone and traditional GPS. Area encompasses along W 65th Street to Carriage Lane. Deliverables include DGN with all topo features, terrain model, and GPS text files.

3D Modelling.

High quality 3D drone model of existing site conditions. Web access link for direct client viewing.

CAD Support.

Expertise in MicroStation, providing CADD files for prime concept level sketches. Concept design includes streetscape & landscaping features and site geometrics.

Aerial Photography & Videography.

Aerial 4K video flyover and photos.
